Back pain and leg cramp hell
I'm 29 weeks 6 days today and in horrible pain to were it woke me from sleep and never in my life not even with my first pregnancy did I ever have a muscle spasm start in my lower left side of back all the way down to my foot. If anyone has any ideas to help me get through today w the pain would be great. I see my obgyn first thing tomorrow morning and I just want to make it through today without having to call and then being sent to L&D.
