I have a serious question
Ladies who have had eating disorders, and who god GD during their pregnancy.. how did you handle it? I can already see myself going down the rabbit hole and this is my first breakfast tracking things.. I always end up getting weird and restrictive when I start mapping out my daily food, and I don’t want to be this way for my son.. he deserves a healthy momma for the rest of this pregnancy.. help?
