Now I’m nervous 😟 😬

So I’m about 5/6 weeks pregnant and me and my boyfriend just had sex since I first found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago. I have a history of incompetent cervix, I lost my son at 20 weeks earlier this year. I got all paranoid after we had sex and started googling if it was actually okay. I read it was okay unless you have a history of miscarriage or incompetent cervix so now I’m worried. I’m not cramping or bleeding or anything, yet I guess. When I was pregnant with my son we had sex all they way up until I lost him. I was not aware there was something wrong with my cervix for that to happen. Being that I’m so early should I be okay? I didn’t realize that it would possibly be a problem. I’ve just been very horny for like a week 😬 I don’t know why I didn’t think to look it up before doing it. I’m hoping I don’t start cramping or bleeding 🤞 I have an ultrasound in a week and a half 😬
