Alcohol and breastfeeding?

I’ve read different things online, but just curious what are the limitations/precautions drinking beer during breastfeeding months?

Answer

If you can feel the effects of the booze, trace amounts of alcohol will be in your milk. Basically, if you could drive a car you can breastfeed. Pumping and dumping isn’t really a thing unless you’re actually drunk at the time you need to pump.
