I have had people tell me both and I just have no idea.

I agree, just in the middle. At 15 weeks they can still move around alot. I'm 24 weeks and often at the end of the day baby is super low but in the morning he'll be up in the middle and kicking me in the ribs 🤷 I think your bump isn't really set high or low until the 3rd trimester.
