Ovulation??? Pain??? Endometriosis??

Girls... so I ovulated yesterday apparently and I have been getting BAD pains in my lower left abdomen. Is this from ovulation? It’s the day after and I still have the pains. It feels like tight cramping pain also I’m so tired. But this pain is a joke. Is it ovulation? Or could it be endometriosis pain????

Have you been diagnosed with endometriosis? 
As someone that has doctors trying to diagnose me with endometriosis, let me tell you why they believe so:
•I've had abdominal pain for almost 3 years now 
•I've always had irregular, heavy periods and have to use birth control to regulate them
•It is difficult for me to have intercourse due to the pain (yes, it's enjoyable but not "worth it")
If you are super concerned, go to the ER for abdominal pain. But it's probably just some cramps. See a doctor if it lasts for longer than a few days (unless it's unbearable pain, then go now).
