TMI warning!

I'm 3 days late of gettin my period, I'm still gettin the signs tht I'm meant to be comin on, the cramps and the headaches but today I'm also expecting feeling rather sick and now diarrhea. I have never had this before and neva been late so I'm confused on what's goin on🤔

Can someone give me an idea what could be goin on or what I can do?? Thank u in advance x
