Thigh acne?

Hey ladies so this is weird and gross but for the longest time I have has bumps on my upper thighs and ass. Like back thighs but usually inner thigh, they might just be heat bumps but then when they leave they leave a brown spot? Not sure if I’m explaining it correct, also in the folds of my skin (bc I’m a bigger girl) I will get big read bumps they kinda look like boils. What do I do to get rid of them? And it’s only one leg that this happens to mostly sometimes the other but rarely here’s a picture
