Coconut Oil for Toddlers? Benefits?

Does anyone give their toddler coconut oil? Have you noticed any benefit? i was reading that it could help with my daughters constipation and wanted to see if anyone had any experience? Thanks.

I havent given my son coconut oil but i use it for his skin because of his eczema and it helps alot

When given in moderation, it’s completely safe for consumption as well as topical use on children. It has multiple benefits worth looking into (there’s actually a lot). Even though it’s safe, if you’re hesitant just consult with a doctor first to put your mind at ease before using it.
