Cut up red potatoes into wedges/cubes and coat with olive oil, garlic and a little bit of rosemary. Put in oven at 400 for like 45 min

Roasted all the way!! Any kind of potatoes are good but I like sweet potatoes best—cut into fingerlings, coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in oven at 400-425 until golden/crispy.

If I bake fries I looove to dip in sour cream mixed with season all! 
Baked potato with chives, cheese, butter, salt, sour cream, bacon... 
a potato salad with dill, oil, onions, vinegar... 
a potato salad with mayo, Dijon, green pepper, egg, salt/pepper... 
plain and baked with olive oil, salt and thyme, sometimes cayenne and smoke paprika. Massage them in before baking. When you bake, put a tray of water on the bottom rack and they’ll be super crispy.

Cut up some red potatoes into small pieces and throw them in a glass pan with a little bit of olive at the bottom. Then put some Lipton onion mix on them. After cooking I put sour cream and ketchup. Try it once you'll understand where I'm coming from. Their delish!
