When did your babies start to smile and coo?

My son will be 2 months on the 24th I’m just curious as to when he will start being able to smile when i talk to him. He’s slowly staring to coo but not that much.

Mine will smile but only if I act like I have a lot of energy and talk in a baby voice. He makes sounds but it’s not cooing. He’s to young for that, he’s only 5 weeks.

My daughter will be 7 weeks on Friday and smiles and coo's all the time. Especially when we're listening to music.

Started around 2 months... full on conversations around 3 months lol

My son at  a few weeks old would flip people off ( he would be sleeping)  and making stank faces.  But once he was 2-3 months he would coo and smile.

It will be a while longer before he consistently smiles in reaction to what you’re doing. By 2 months they should be starting to smile a little bit.
