Is it normal to bleed after masturbation? I only do clitoral masturbation and i make sure to not scratch myself. What do you think it is?

When I do it, I bleed sometimes. I went to the doctor for their opinion on it they said that if you scratch that could cause t. Or if you go to deep and scratch that could also cause it... my doctors gave me packets of lube lol.
