Question for the men

Just curious on your opinions-when TTC, do you think there is anything to be said for sort of “saving up” sperm and having sex only once or twice during fertile days or do you think you get the same quality/amount if you have sex every day or every other day? We had frequent sex for months and I never got pregnant, the month I did was the month we only had sex once right before I ovulated. Just curious what your opinions are.
