How do you know you have herpes by looking st your vagina?

Isn’t there like blisters or something? Can someone explain how I’d know by looking?

If you have a concern you have herpes,go get tested.
A sore can be swabbed within 48hours of it appearing,after 48 hours the test is inaccurate. 
IGM blood test is for recent infection(7-10 days of exposure to the virus).
IGG blood test will show positive 13-16 weeks(sometimes can take 6 months) after exposure
