Skin discoloration

I recently got a flu shot and got the worst outbreak ever. It was everywhere almost similar to my very first outbreak 3 years ago. I’m black and it’s like the area on my thighs is now discolored like a weird texture as well too almost like a rash I’ve never had this kind of ob before. I’m trying to exfoliate but any advice how to get the skin color back to normal ? Or even the texture?
