Is it possible to be pregnant with no symptoms?

I'm tired and out of breath easily. My stomach hurts and I have heartburn more often. Light spotting maybe a week ago? My nose has been stuffy the past two days.. I read somewhere that sometimes that is a sign due to the changing hormones. Other than those things I don't really have any other symptoms.. but I want this baby so bad. 😔 All tests have been negative, period due saturday.

With my pregnancy I didn’t have any symptoms at all. If I hadn’t tested I wouldn’t have known for WEEKS. I had no sickness or nausea, no sensitivities to smell, no heartburn or anything really. A few weeks in (maybe 8?) my breasts were so sore I told my husband he wasn’t even allowed to look at them and wearing a bra with an underwire was the most uncomfortable thing ever. And I was EXHAUSTED and felt like I could sleep for days.

I’m 5 1/2 weeks pregnant and I still only have mild fatigue and slightly more gas than normal. And dizziness when I stand up. It’s definitely possible that early.
