Need reassurance

So we went to docs. Thought I was 6 weeks. Well she said it looks great just earlier than we all thought cause we couldn't see baby yet just gest sac and yolk sac. Well my gestational sac is measuring at 7 weeks but why is that if I'm still too early ( they think early 5 weeks ) to see babe. After our miscarriage in mar h I'm worried and I thought the U.S. would make me feel better but it's not we will check again in 1 or 2 weeks.. I'm just a nervous wreck anyone else have this happen or any reassurance please. Cause I knew I ovulated later so it's possible I'm just earlier than I thought she thinks she sees a beginning fetal pole between the wall and the yolk sac.. Idk I just am so scared
