Stressing out ladies!

I know i posted something yesterday or a day ago about what i should do. Well i tested today 4 days til my expected AF. But when i tested it was negative. Then like 10 mins later when to go to the bathroom when i wiped the first time a little blood showed up on the toilet paper. Then i sat on the toilet for like 2 extra minutes or so. Then wiped again nothing. What should i do im freaking out. Im 4 days early and that's never happened to me before. But i haven't bleed anymore. None on my underwear. Maybe i should call my doctor? What should i do?
