Which Sudafed is safe to take while pregnant?

I’m 7 weeks pregnant and my doctor told me I could take it if I’m dying (which I am and haven’t been able to breathe or sleep for 3 days) but there are so many different kinds. Is it just the Sudafed 12 hour? All the others look like combination meds which I doubt are ok to take.

P.s. I wouldn’t be taking this if I wasn’t completely dying from this cold. I have a severe migraine, an endless amount of fluid in my sinuses, can’t eat, can’t sleep etc. Not trying to get lectured on why you wouldn’t take it, because I’m maxed out on Tylenol which I hate taking and I can’t handle this pain anymore.
