Feeling weird - Don't know how to explain

At first it was cough and cold which I thought would go away by taking medicines. Then something bit me on my leg (no idea) just 2 tiny dots with little blood over there(came to know cause it was itching). But after 1-2days I have a rash (I think it's a rash)on my left arm (itching), stiff neck, my head feels heavy, nauseous and burning stomach :-D. I can't explain but I feel really weird like I may get dizzy or my face feels warm and maybe faint tingling on my face or maybe something is not right with me. Going to a doctor tomorrow. Has this happened to anyone?
