Weight fluctuations throughout the day are completely normal and depends on if you’re well hydrated vs dehydrated, just ate etc etc. You typically weigh more at night than the morning. It’s best to weigh yourself only once a week on the same day and same time of day (e.g. Sunday mornings)I do want to suggest that you not weigh yourself because it’s more important to eat a healthy balanced diet and tone your muscles and work in some fun exercise/activities and drink more water instead of pop/juices. In high school i weighed actually 150 pounds and was only 5’4” but I was always mistaken for weighing waaaaaay less because I was athletic and muscle weighs more than fat.Use the scale only once a week to make sure you’re not gaining like crazy but if you eat enough calories to fuel your active/healthy lifestyle everything will fall into place! If you restrict too much calorie-wise your body will hold on to your fat and you’ll compromise you muscle strength.
can’t lose weight!!
ok so i’m 14, 5’9 and 153 pounds and i have such a hard time losing weight. the weird thing is my weight like moves around so much like one hour of the day i will be a certain weight and then like by the end of the day i will be 5 pounds heavier or lighter and then the next day i’m 7 pounds down it’s very weird and i don’t know how to actually lose weight with it so i need advice on how to lose weight and keep it off. thank you so much 💓
