Trying to lose weight
Hello everyone I am new to this group.
I have been wanting to lose weight I have gained a lot of weight so I feel bad about myself at times. I don't know where to start. I'm thinking of cutting out all sweets and fast food and soda I work nights so I get home like around midnight I want to start walking for 30 mins when I get home and then do a 15 min home work out. I'm hoping I can see results. Any tips? I need help and I am excited to lose some weight.
