I have a little bit of a rant, my apartment manager personally messaged me on her Facebook telling me she has called, emailed and left notes on my door that I’m going to be evicted in a few days. I got absolutely NO calls, NO emails and the only note on my door has been the mandatory pest and air filter change reminder each month. She said she had no proof of me paying rent last month or this month. I emailed her last month and told her it was going to be late and she was totally cool about it and said I could come in the day I could. Which I did, I put my money order in the drop box. Also, this month will be late and I get paid tomorrow so I’m paying it tomorrow. So I now have to find the little stub off of the money order to prove I paid even tho I did. Instead of her coming to my apartment which is literally right around the corner from the office she has to message me. Is she allowed to do that?

Edit: I’ve been here for over a year and it’s never been a problem until now.
