Low Papp-A???

Question

I just got the results back from my first trimester scan and I was told I have low Papp-a levels... Anyone have this before in previous pregnancies that can shed some insight?

I’ve got it with this pregnancy I’m 29wks at the mo my baby growing right on track, I now have growth scans every 4wks till baby comes, if baby doesn’t grow like it should then il be having my planned c-section earlier then 39wks, as baby will put on more weight when out then being inside of me, but at the mo everything on track and nothing to worry about. 😊 you just be having a lot more growth scan then a normal pregnancy from 30wks..
