You can drink 2 cups of coffee a day and you can drink as many decaf cups as you like. You didn’t need to cut coffee out

Yes definitely okay! I think there’s caffeine in there since it’s chocolate? Check the label. You can have 200mg per day. I bet if there is caffeine it’s a small amount

It depends on the brand, but most hot chocolate only has is about 5 - 20mg of caffeine.

Enjoy it from time to time. I wouldn’t indulge in it daily but a hit chocolate here and there won’t hurt anything! I will drink coffee! I did go down to just one cup a day which is hard! Lol
