So I've always had irregular periods and have only ovulated twice as far as I know. That was last year and again in January. Went months without a period. I started taking Maca Root capsules about 2 weeks ago and GUESS WHAT?!! My period came today 😀😀😀 We took a break on TTC because it was so stressful testing for ovulation every month without a period. We agreed we would start testing and TTC again if Maca worked and AF came. I know most people hate to see af but when you have irregular periods for so long and you finally get them back on track, its a breath of fresh air because you sort of know when to expect ovulation and the next af. Now we will just see if I ovulate this time. Hopefully I do and AF won't come next month but if it does, at least I'll know my cycle is getting in track. I'm praying for all of you who have been trying for years, months, and even just started. Baby dust to everyone ❤❤❤
