Quick question about actual O date
I’m new at this so I want to make sure I’m interpreting these opks properly and pinpointing O day.
Yesterday morning I got this a positive result. I updated Glow and this was the prediction:
We Bd yesterday afternoon and this am, I tested did another Opk, and got a negative. Now Glow is saying that I already ovulated:
Does this mean for sure that I ovulated yesterday? Here are my strips for reference:
