OPK after miscarriage

I just miscarried last week and I’m trying OPK’s for the first time. I’m CD5 (counting from starting miscarriage bleeding) but this looks positive to me. I also took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative.

I couldn’t be ovulating already could I? Unless it took awhile for me to start the actual miscarrying process?

Any advice is much appreciated.
