Abnormal brown discharge

I got my iud in a little over 2 years ago and it took about 3 months for it to regulate and wasn’t getting a period or having any issues with it until the end of April so a few months ago. Lately it’s been more abnormal causing concern. I’m having weird brown discharge and cramping on no cycle, it’ll just randomly come and go. Last time I had sex, there was a bunch of brown discharge immediately after and I’m slightly concerned. Has any one had anything similar to this happen???????
