Okay so I’ve crushed on this guy for almost a year now, he knows I like him because I told him but he’s only just started being single. He’s popular and from what I know of him he’s really nice but I don’t know him that well. I’m also really shy so I usually only talk to him over text.

My friend says he’s just playing me and thinks he’s toxic, I’ve lost my streaks and haven’t texted him in a couple of weeks because of this. She says he’s been hanging out with this girl a lot and therefore it’s a waste of time and he’s basically just cheating on me. I dont think this is completely true because I’m not sure if he actually likes me that much and also the fact that she’s have been putting heaps of pressure on me to get over it like there is other reasons but I also do believe it in some ways because he does get a lot of attention and can be hard to talk to because of this.
