I'm very tired of how my MIL compares herself to me. She tries to compare herself in ways such as; cooking, cleaning, caring for my kids, etc. She has created such a toxic environment that I hardly ever see her anymore and she only lives 4 minutes away from our house.

I went to her house out of the goodness of my heart yesterday and she made it a point to try and force my 10 month old to cuddle with her while, my daughter was screaming and reaching for me. I'm at the point where I'm ready to tell her, you will never be me and never have the relationship that I have with my husband or kids.

How would you cope?
