I’m like Dory when it comes to OPKS
When do you start taking them in a cycle? I’m on a medicated cycle and have my last dose today but according to glow I’ve got about 10 days before ovulation?
I used them with my daughter but that was like 3 years ago! Totally lost again.
Also, how many times a day should I take them?
