Hi ladies I really don’t understand all this ovulation stuff lol.. but is it possible to still ovulate with no egg released???

Ovulate by definition is the release of an egg from the ovaries. So no you can’t I ovulate with no egg. However, you can have an LH surge or “gear up” for ovulation and nothing is released. But that would be anovulatory cycle.

It is possible! I didn’t know that for the longest time. But sometimes there is no egg released when you ovulate.
