Started having back pain with contractions n stomach tightening for like 30min now been having tight stomach since last week no back pain tho now I’m having back lower pain stared today doc told m to keep an eye on it for 1-2 hours see how I keep feeling

If they continue to get closer together and become timeable then possibly. I've had both symptoms with timeable contractions that end up going away so it's really hard to tell, except you'll notice it gets more painful as they get closer.

Time them. If they’re getting closer together or more intense, head in but it’s very possible they could just be practice contractions that may fizzle out, that’s why they recommend waiting an hour or two and to time them.

If they’re consistent and get to the point were you can’t talk through them and they’re 3-5 minutes apart and painful go to the hospital
