Alternate spelling for Isla?

If i choose this name i don’t want people mistaking it for “Is-la”. When i first saw it i thought it was pronounced with the s and I’ve seen a lot of people think the same. I love the original spelling but not sure if its worth it. Anyone have any alternate spellings? I was thinking Iylah

It is quite a popolar name now it would be only a few pronounce it wrong an you could get that with any spelling anyway so i would ho with original i love that name an i think spelling it any other way i would read it an actually think how am i meant to pronounce this cause if it was isla why is it spelt like that..

I think Iylah works, I really like it. I love that name but the traditional Isla spelling has always drove me crazy. Some other ways could be Aiyla or Aylah.
