Yesterday found out I am 4 weeks pregnant! This is my first pregnancy. I am 36 so I am terrified this baby won’t stick but I am praying for a safe healthy pregnancy. I have had mild lower abdominal pain and at times left sided abdominal and pelvic pain. I have also had an upset stomach.

I am an ER Physician Assistant and I see women all the time with abdominal pain in pregnancy have an ectopic. I know that abdominal pain can be a common pregnancy symptom, but since I usually see the bad outcomes in the ER I am worried I could be having an ectopic.

Anyone else have abdominal pain around 4 weeks and had a healthy pregnancy?
