Safe Allergy Relief?

I have a very slow supply, and supplement with formula after every feeding. My allergies are killing me and it seems like every medication option I’ve looked at warns about decreasing supply. Are there any safe options out there that you ladies know of that won’t make me dry up?

I take Allegra occasionally when mine are really bad and don’t notice a difference in supply. I tried Zyrtec and my supply dropped some.

Most of the allergy meds have diphenhydramine which dries up the secretions. That will dry you up for sure. Most allergy meds that’s how they function is drying secretions so it will be tough to find one. My best suggestion is go to your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist.
