Post partum back pain?

Hey everyone! I’m almost 4 weeks post partum and today I’ve been getting random shooting lower back pain similar to the pain i felt in the last weeks of pregnancy... has anyone else experienced this? I’m thinking it’s just my body readjusting, but it is really effing annoying lol

I had two unmedicated births and have had pretty bad lower back pain after both of them. I saw an osteopath and 2-3 appointments combined with doing the exercises he recommended really helped

Did you hsve epidural? Could be a side effect.

I'm a week pp and my back has been bad.  I just walk like 6 hrs of my 8 hr shift at work,  but now I'm not my butt breastfeeding all the time.  Heat, getting up and walking seem to help.
