Period or spotting?

Hello! I took provera for 10 days (at night before bed) and am supposed to call my fertility Dr when I start my period... However.. I can't tell if that happened!

I took it for 10 days and the night of my first missed dose (so night 11) I was cramping really bad. Next morning I woke up to blood. It was bright red and very clot-ty and I cramped all day and was hormonal...

But that only lasted for yesterday. I'm still crampy but just brown less clot-ty blood... I wonder since I was already cramping right at my first missed dose (my body wouldn't have really known the provera was out of my system) maybe my dose wasn't high enough?

I will probably call my Dr on Monday and ask if this counts but what do you guys think?

Ps- my glow app says I'm supposed to start yesterday based on my last provera induced period...
