Tampon lost after sex 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

So me and my boyfriend decide to have sex and I’m on my period I strictly wear tampons, he was fingering me and I didn’t think anything about it until I go to put a new tampon in and couldn’t find the old one... it was stuck inside me... sideways. Thank god I have such an amazing boyfriend who helped me fish it out and was so amazingly sweet about it

Edit: I forgot I had a tampon in, I was too caught up in the moment to think about it
