Bottle help

My almost 4 month old is breastfed and gets 1-2 bottles a week. If I give her a bottle she’ll take maybe 3 oz. The last time her dad gave her a bottle I was gone for 4 hours and breastfed her before I left. He gave her 12 oz! I’m kind of freaking out because I go back to work on Wednesday and I only get 3oz a pump session. We use tommee tippee bottles and as I type I’m trying size 0 nipples but it’s been 15 minutes and she’s not even done with an oz so I’m not sure this is the answer. I did explain to him pace feeding and he says that he did it but now I have no idea how much to put in each bottle 😞 help?
