Weird period timing?

Hi ladies! I’m currently 3.5 pp and exclusively breastfeeding. I thought I had a period at 8 weeks pp. (I stopped bleeding at 5 weeks pp) it was exactly like my previous periods. But now I haven’t had another since. 
Have any of you had a period once, and then not come back for a while when EBF?

It’s very common for your periods to be very irregular postpartum especially if you’re EBF. You’ll notice you’ll skip a period then it come twice in a month then skip 2 periods etc..... it takes a while for them to become regular again. If you have any concerns, bring them up to your doctor especially if you’re experiencing abnormal or extreme discomfort or excessive bleeding.
