I’m obsessed with watching the numbers on the scale go down and idk how to stop. I have been 135 for as long as I can remember I’m 108 now and I still want to lose more . And get to 100!!! Idk what to do bc I know its not healthy but I’m a hooters girl and it’s all about image and I worry I’m getting too chubby.

Can someone help me stop thinking this way?
