Rainbow baby boy

We lost our first son at 24+5 due to preeclampsia he stopped growing at 21 weeks. I fell pregnant with our rainbow pretty quickly after our loss and I was extremely anxious and scared, we got told by one hospital I'll be lucky to get to 28 weeks due to my history and risk. I'm now 26+6 with our rainbow and have a scan on the 27/09 to see if he's still growing I'm so anxious 'cause at any moment he could come. They plan to deliver at 37 weeks and I'm really hoping we can get there!!

I know if he's born he has a chance as at 26 weeks he was just 30g off of 2lb.

I'm starting to think I should pack an overnight bag just in case
