Hey y’all! In fairly new here!

My husband and I will be celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary next month (10-10)... we’ve decided to start trying for our first baby on that date!

For the past 2-3 weeks, I’ve been taking a daily prenatal vitamin, limiting my weekly alcohol intake, limiting coffee intake to 1 cup a day & drinking more water! My husband has been taking a men’s daily vitamin!

I’ve also been tracking my periods for several months.. they are pretty predictable! 4-5 days each month.

Do y’all have any other advice for TTC?!? 💗👶🏼
