Help! I have the iud I got it in may. Should I be worried cuz I haven't started my period or is it normal?

If you have a hormel iud, the way it works is that it mimics being pregnant. Tricks your body so you start to eat more, gain weight, sometimes have no periods. When I was on mirena I didn’t have my period for 4 years but I gained 50lbs on it so I switched to a non hormonal one. If you want to be safe just set up an apt with your dr.
