Is it safe?

Is it safe to start trying right after a miscarriage? I’ve heard lots of mixed things. Iv heard you wait six months to conceive again after a miscarriage. I also heard to wait at least one period cycle, I’ve also heard it’s safe to try right away since you’re more fertile following a miscarriage. I see my doc Thursday to follow up after my miscarriage so I will ask him I was just hoping maybe some of you ladies have some insight or first hand experience. Me and my husband aren’t trying but not preventing. We want a baby so bad but we don’t want to force things after our recent loss.
