Help!!! Is my baby okay?

My dog ran into me running full speed, (he’s 85 lbs.) and I landed on my belly and chest but my instinct to catch my fall helped and I’m not in any pain, I kind of landed in a plank position but I still fell and I did hit my tummy. I’m 7w4d pregnant and I need to know if my baby will be okay????

Baby is still very small and tucked in safe. You’re most likely fine. If you experience cramping accompanied by spotting see your dr.

Your baby is still so tiny and well protected at this point. Keep an eye out for painful cramping or bleeding. A call to the doctor may help you feel better, but there isn’t much they can do except for a scan. When I was 17weeks my 65 pound dog jumped right on my belly. My doctor was very reassuring that the baby was protected and it was very unlikely anything would happen. She said any trauma that would hurt a baby in uterine would likely have to also really really hurt the mom.

Update: I went to the ER bc my local urgent care told me to do so, they did urine sample and drew blood and did an ultrasound and said baby is perfectly fine & that I was measuring bigger than my OB told me, actually looked around 8w5d.. thanks for the support💝
