Flu shot while ttc?

Anyone get a flu shot while ttc? The form says something about planning to become pregnant, but I've been ttc since January and no luck yet so I decided to get the shot since I do every year. Just curious any thoughts!

My doctor recommended I got it before actually getting pregnant since we were trying so I think it’s a good idea with everything going around

We’ve just come out of winter and I got mine. So many nasty bugs going around

Recommend... the question is on the form due to other shots that wouldn’t be recommended when trying to conceive
