TTC-no period, no ovulation?

Last period was August 6th when I ended my pack of birth control, we are TTC, glow says I’m 11 days late, I’ve taken 6 tests and all negative. I’m just not sure if I’ve even ovulated. Not sure if or when I should call my dr? I also have endometriosis but not severe.

We have been intimate almost every other night for the past month if not every night. But not sure it’s even possible to conceive right now since I’m pretty sure I haven’t ovulated, I’m not very good at calculating ovulation!

Anyone have any advice?
